Mixing of the PMS-4 with a semiautomatic machine.

Now the mixing and application of PMS-4 also can bee done by loading the two components in to a mixing machine, developed and sold by Zel-Aaren Innovation in Sweden. This gives a very easy handling and practically no wastes after the work is finish. 

The PMS-4 Moulding Machine

- is a moulding device with two gear pumps, 
driven by an electric motor. 

- is designed for moulding PUR MOULDING SYSTEMS (PMS). 

- is automatically mixing both components (A and B) 
in the PMS into a solid compound.

Principal

The moulding machine is basicly two gear pumps driven by one electric tree phase motor. On the B comp. side there is a magnetic clutch which can disconnect the B side from the motor drive belt. The pumps are feeded with material ( PMS-4 ) by natural pressure from two containers containing the A component and the B component . The pumps dosage the A + B component to the right proportions trough two pressure safe tubes to a handlel nozzle which is equipped with a mixer pipe mixing the two components into a homogenous plastic mass, which then cures within two or tree minutes.

Two magnetic sensors placed on the handle control the starting of the motor and connecting/disconnecting of the magnetic clutch, they are lighted green when in operation.
